Assemble BowlUTIL-004

Assembles the final bowl plan before Stand 3D Plus: merges parallel seat layouts (tiers renumbered) with their stand solids, and previews the finished plan. Cut ends are pulled where they are cut - Cut, Opening Cut and Seat each carry their own offset.
