Data GateGATE-001
Holds the wire shut. Whatever changes upstream, nothing downstream recomputes until you press PASS - then the data at D goes through R once and stays there. Put it between the 2D bowl chain and the heavy 3D build or analysis components: edit the bowl lag-free, press to update. The Gate Switch component opens and closes every gate on the canvas at once. Reopening a file behaves like the moment it was saved: a gate that was holding data picks it up again on load (one full compute, like opening any normal file), and a gate that was empty stays shut.
